t has come to our attention that "Stretching Abilities" in Mighty Protectors lacks one iconic trait that many stretchy characters possess: the ability to "engulf" small objects inside themselves. This belongs within Stretching Abilities E) Plasticity. Therefor the following update will be included in the next release of the "New MP Abilities" document ( monkeyhousegames.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/New-MP-Abilities-4-2.pdf ).
STRETCHING E) Plasticity (update)
The character’s body is permeable at will. They can ‘engulf’ any physical object(s) which fit within their physical volume, and also form ‘bubbles’ inside themselves which can then be filled with gas or liquids, again limited by their own physical dimensions. Inserting an object or bubble within oneself takes 1” of movement. Adding the Inflation Ability enables the character to engulf much larger objects.
At higher base CP costs their body also softens the impact of physical attacks, providing Kinetic armor protection. PR=0 per Round. This is a Continual Ability.
